Hello there, I am adding some volumetric light to a drone shot, in which case the sun is behind the clouds, and i want sunrays to shoot out of the cloud. So far so good, i have added a tint effect, curves and a cc radial fast blur. Now, it all works fine when my CC radial fast blur mode is standard. But i really like the look when i change it to brighest. I actually dont need them to move. Any idea why this occurs? I have tried a lot of things cant seem to work this out.

But i really like the look when i change it to brighest. I actually dont need them to move.
